12:00pm-1:00pm Corporate Yoga w/Standard Insurance (Private)
4:00pm-8:00pm MAC Club (Multnomah Athletic Club) 1849 SW Salmon St. - Pilates/Machines (open to members only)
Wednesdays:
8:00am-9:00am - Providence Hospital NE Glisan - Yoga/Pilates (open class)
9:00am-10:00am - Providence Hospital NE Glisah - Gentle Chair Yoga (seniors)
10:45am-11:45am -Oasis (Inside Macy's downtown 4th floor) -Breath/Meditation (by registration only: see Oasis' website)
12:00pm-1:00pm - Oasis (Inside Macy's downtown 4th floor) - Gentle Pilates (seniors)
